Solenoid valve suitable for use in a boiler. It is a valve that is accompanied in its construction by an electromagnetic coil. When the valve coil is activated, it magnetizes its axis, opening the valve and thus allowing the flow of the thermal medium from the tank to the burner. On the contrary, when the valve coil is deactivated, it closes its flow. Its purpose is the fire safety of the boiler room and the protection of the burner from any leaks.
It is a diode which means it has 2 ports, one for media input and one for output. When the inlet is closed the flow is stopped, while when it is open the flow in the inlet is the same as the flow in the outlet.
It is made of brass, which is an alloy of copper and zinc, and exhibits good corrosion resistance while being durable over time.
