How delivery costs are calculated

To calculate shipment weight, the volumetric weight is compared to the actual weight for each item individually to determine which is greater. The larger weight of the two is used to calculate the total cost of the shipment.

For example, the cost of transport for a light package with large dimensions will be calculated based on its volumetric weight and not the actual one.

Shipping costs will be shown to you upon completion of your order.

Regarding, up to 2 kg the cost is 3€. For each additional kilo the shipping costs to mainland Greece are 1€ and it is for the islands 1.30€.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. (Unless otherwise stated on the product page.)
From the moment you are informed about the shipment, you will have your order in the next few days.
For areas designated as "unreachable" by the courier, this time may vary.

In any case, we will make every effort so that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, even earlier than the stipulated time limits!

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course. Before completing the order, select "Yes" or "No" in the optional question "Invoice" and fill in your information. If you have forgotten to mention it, you can write to the e-mail address eshop@keasa.gr and we will help you issue an invoice.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to either request a replacement, completely free of charge, or to cancel your order and request a refund of the money, which you have proven to have paid us

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel the order in the online store.

To cancel your order, you can either send an email to eshop@keasa.gr, or call our call center at 23210 98666.

In the event that you have already proceeded to pay for your order and your order has not been given to the transport company, then we will immediately return the corresponding monetary value, in the same way you carried out your transaction (credit card, deposit to a bank account ).

In the event that your order has been given to the transport company, then the refund of the monetary value of the canceled order will be carried out in the same way as you carried out your transaction, once the products are returned to KEA.

Is it safe to pay with my debit / credit card?

You can always be sure of the security of your transactions with keasa.gr as the entire payment process takes place in a secure Eurobank environment. None of your credit or debit card details are stored in our online store.

What is the "tracking number" on my orders?

We usually send the tracking number of the courier by email. On the website https://www.acscourier.net/el/myacs/anafores-apostolwn/anazitisi-apostolwn/ you can search for the shipment (tracking) so you know at any time where your parcel is.

What is a Favorites List?

If you have found a product that interests you, you can add it to your Wishlist. You will find the 'Add to Wishlist' option just below the product description. By clicking on the selected product it has been saved to your personal Wishlist. You can access your list later from the 'Wishlist' icon in your account or from the main page.
