Safety valve 1/2” CALEFFI 4 Bar

The safety valve is a vital element for the protection of your boiler and central heating system. This particular valve, from Caleffi, functions as a decompression mechanism, opening when the pressure exceeds a predetermined value, thus ensuring the safety and functionality of the system. It is easily installed at the highest point of the installation without the need for other switches or valve-like elements. Its two-way construction allows the smooth flow of the medium, with the presence of two ports: one for the inlet and one for the outlet.

Made of brass, this copper-zinc alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. In addition, it can withstand temperatures up to 110°C and has a cross section ½”, making it suitable for the majority of boiler applications.
