The new Aqua-Plus-GF pipes are designed, produced and quality-tested in accordance with the standards applicable to simple polypropylene pipes (EN 15874 & DIN 8077/78) and in accordance with the special guideline HR 3.28 of the German SKZ Institute. The polypropylene used for the three-layer Aqua-Plus-GF pipes (with mechanical fiberglass reinforcement in the middle layer), is characterized as Random polypropylene of special crystallinity (PP-R 112) and due to its high mechanical strength (especially at high temperatures) and long service life, it is classified according to DIN 8077/78 (2007 edition) in the MRS 11.2.0 MPa (PP-R 112) category, in contrast to plain PP-R which is in the MRS 8.0 MPa (PP-R 80) category.

Advantage of Aqua Plus pipes with fiberglass:

• Reduction of thermal linear expansion by 75% (0.030mm/m/°C) compared to simple Polypropylene pipes.
• High pipe rigidity
• Pressure resistance 25% greater than that of conventional pipes.
• Greater amount of water transported
• The heat welding of new pipes with polypropylene fittings is done with the same ease as with ordinary pipes.
• Production capability in SDR 7.4 SDR 11(Clima).
