Splendid radiators with impeccable appearance, high heating efficiency, top manufacturing technology, excellent efficiency and reduced operating costs.

Design

SPLENDID heating panels have been designed for high thermal efficiency and pressure resistance through virtual computer analysis and design programs in cooperation with the German scientific heating institute HLK in Stuttgart. 90°C/70°C water temperature at 20°C room temperature.

Production

SPLENDID heating panels are produced from cold rolled steel with modern technology and as a result they have perfect surfaces. Their welding is carried out by a fully automated process with computer-controlled systems. All panels are controlled 100% with a pressure of 10.5 bar (13 bar).

Paint & Packaging

The surfaces of SPLENDID panels are cleaned with chemicals and treated with phosphating by spraying. They are then painted in primer and dried in ovens. The colour coating is done with electrostatic epoxy powder coating (White RAL 9010) and drying is done in ovens (200°C) according to DIN 55900. The panels are packaged in nylon with bubble wrap and cardboard corners for protection against impact. In addition, the panels are covered with heat-shrinkable nylon to protect them from dust and moisture.
